I'm going to India next month to implement a complementary currency system for a UNESCO community called Auroville. Because I travel light, I can bring three interns with me and cover expenses. First two places are already taken. While we're there...

I am the builder of the marketplace module for Drupal (almost at version 1.0), which is a LETS transaction engine in a social networking platform. I'm now looking at how to distribute this on a large scale with available resources.

What language are you working with? I think the model for this new API is ideal. System independence and interoperability will provide a stable freedom to the openmoney systems.
